Why I Work With the Mind and Body

After three years as a coach I realised that some clients had deeper wounds that talking alone couldn’t reach and I began to search for how I could support them further.

When I was introduced to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)- tapping- during a yoga session, I was amazed at my own emotional and physical response.

It began my journey into learning how to blend working with the mind and the body to heal. I realised how much our bodies hold onto traumas and emotions and how effective EFT is in releasing them.

I now use my blend of soulful coaching together with EFT to help you regulate your nervous system, find inner peace, let go of pain and anxiety and navigate the changes in your life.

“Helen was recommended to me, as I have been dealing with physical pain from unexpressed grief for a while now. She has a very gentle and caring nature which puts you at ease.

Through a combination of EFT tapping and coaching, I have been able to release my emotions and I am feeling much better after only three sessions, and will continue to use what I have learnt moving forward. Thank you so much Helen.”
