Why I Work With the Mind and Body

I discovered EFT (Tapping) during a yoga class several years ago and was profoundly moved by my own physical and emotional response. It sparked a personal journey into somatic or body-based healing. I realised that our minds can try to process a loss, but our bodies are where the trauma and grief actually get trapped. Talking alone can only take us so far.

By blending the somatic release of EFT with soulful, wisdom-led coaching, we work with both your mind and your body. Together, we will gently regulate your nervous system, release the physical grip of heavy emotions, and understand your responses.

Drawing on my own lived experiences and wisdom, I am here to help you safely let go of the pain of the past, find your inner sparkle, and step purposefully into your next chapter.
